From a Nordic perspective. We have invited four Nordic cities, with an opening speech by Mayor Marte Mjøs Persen, to the stage. One of them is David Chapman from Luleå University, the second is Karolina Keyzer, previous City Architect at City of Stockholm and now boardmember at Fargfabriken in Stockholm. Kristian Mjøen from City of Trondheim will follow up with their "Beyond smart Cities: Learning Society.
