City has potential to become more pedestrian oriented.
The Star Phoenix, a Canadian division of Canwest Publishing Inc. recently interviewed
the danish architect Jan Gehl about the still ongoing issues of making cities
more pedestrian friendly.
Danish architect Jan Gehl, renowned for evolving Copenhagen into the world´s
most bike-friendly city, darted in an out of traffic with abandon during a walking
tour of downtown Saskatoon.
