TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration conditions; Payment must be recieved before
the conference date.
If payment is not recieved, delegates will be asked to guarantee payment with
a personal credit card on the day. For your name/company-name to appear in the
main list of delegates, we should receive your registration and payment by 15th
February 2009.
Cancellation/Substitutions; Fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is
received by 1st February. Refunds on cancellations received between 1st February
and 10th February will be subject to a 50% charge. After 10th February, no refunds
will be given. However, you can send a substitute delegate at any time. Cancellations
and substitutions must be made in writing, sent to haakon@feleti.com. |
